We don't have a set timetable — we try to make trips available when it suits you. Here's everything you need to know.

Get in touch
Call us on 07748 908 646 or email teeswbbookings@gmail.com with your preferred date and time. We'll ask about your group size, any disability or access needs, and contact details, and get you booked in.

Complete your passenger list
Before your trip, we'll need a signed passenger list confirming you've read and agreed to our terms and conditions. You can complete this online using the form below, or let us know by phone and we'll talk you through it.

Enjoy your trip!
Arrive at least 15 minutes before your trip at the River Tees Watersports Centre, The Slipway, North Shore, Stockton-on-Tees, TS18 2NL. We'll look after everything from there.
What to expect when you arrive
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your trip at the River Tees Watersports Centre, The Slipway, North Shore, Stockton-on-Tees, TS18 2NL.
Parking
Car parking is available at the River Tees Watersports Centre. The car park is camera-controlled — you must register your vehicle at the office or with our crew to avoid a fine. Vehicles may pull onto the river frontage to drop off or pick up passengers.
Safety briefing
All passengers will be fitted with a correctly sized life jacket and given a short safety briefing before boarding. Our crew will escort you onto the boat.
Your crew
You'll always have a Skipper and a crew member with you. The Skipper is in charge of the boat and holds the RYA Powerboat Level 2 licence (PBL2) — please follow any instructions they give for your safety.
What to wear
It can be cooler on the water than on land. We recommend wearing warmer clothes than you think you'll need. If rain is forecast, bring waterproofs — the boat does have a cover but it's good to be prepared.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible by phone so we can stand down the crew.
If we need to cancel — for example, due to weather, high river flow, or a breakdown — we'll give you as much notice as possible and help you rebook.
